Delores Nelson, a Tlingit from Ketchikan, Alaska; Sophia Porter, a Tlingit from Sitka, Alaska; and Genevieve Mack, a Muchalat from Vancouver Island, sat with Dr. Lindberg during afternoon bingo at the Seattle Indian Health Board. The Elder Program provides a place for American Indian and Alaska Native elders to meet, socialize, and stay connected to their community.
