When you start someone on a journey, you do not want to leave them there

[Gottlieb:]
The next phase is to make sure that we do after-care and follow-up really, really well, because you can start people on journeys and then you don’t want to leave them there. It’s like any kind of health initiative. You can find out someone has a disease, and then you could treat them and give them a procedure, but what happens after they go home? And that’s what we want to do—is find out what’s happening after you go home and is there anything that we can do with follow-up, and getting alongside of a person, because our journey doesn’t end when you leave the program.
