Choctaws are proud; they can work with and compete with the best

[Willis:]
It’s just not about me.
[Lindberg:]
Just your people, I mean.
[Willis:]
Just as far as the general and the Choctaws, we take great pride in a lot of areas. I believe, that far as to give information to the world outside of our tribe, is to let them know what we are people. We are as far as to strive like any other race. We want to as far as to be acknowledged, to know that not only are we Indians, but we are Choctaws. To let the outside world know that, you know, we can work with the best. We can compete with the best. Let them also know that we can love just as well as others.
