Loss of self esteem among men of high stature when they move from villages to urban setting

I think that men lose their self-esteem. Those men that were once mayors, and village leaders, and men of good standing in their community are moving into an urban setting where the only jobs that they might be able to get there are in a janitorial world, or somewhere where education is college degrees, and to step into those roles, step out of where they’ve been, makes it hard for our population.
