The best lacrosse players become the best iron workers
- [Cook:]
- The youth grow up playing lacrosse. The best lacrosse players become the best iron workers.
- [Lindberg:]
- Is that right?
- [Cook:]
- But over here it’s basketball, football, and then that’s the cohesion and the background, the culture they have. I hope that it would take them as far as it takes us.
- [Lindberg:]
- Did you play lacrosse?
- [Cook:]
- Yes, eight years on the reservation team. Everybody plays lacrosse. Yeah.
- [Lindberg:]
- Nowadays, they have face protectors. Did you guys have that?
- [Cook:]
- No.
- [Lindberg:]
- We didn’t either. No.
- [Cook:]
- No. No.
- [Lindberg:]
- It looks like you’ve still got most of your teeth.
- [Cook:]
- Yes.
- [Lindberg:]
- You got away without it.
- [Cook:]
- Yeah. But, yes, I was a lacrosse player, stepped right into it.
