Loss of stories about nature due to loss of nature itself

[Fox:]
Through my grandparents and their generation, how they would always talk about the land. They would always talk about the hills, and tell us stories, and about the trees and the water. Everything they have, they had stories for. Today you don’t hear that too much from amongst the people. A lot of them, they know that there are things going on. In our own community the water is taking over. But as far as nature, as far as what the kids talk about, there is not too many awareness of it, basically because we’re in a community in an area where there isn’t very much nature, good nature. We’ve got the housing areas and the flooding and things like that. So it’s hard to think positive about the nature when we don’t have very much to look at.
