Partnerships among various Indian groups creates an “Indian town” in Sacramento

[Guerrero:]: We have several Indian-serving agencies. We’re outlined by several different tribes, and we all partner together for the betterment of the community, so just because we’re a little bit dispersed doesn’t mean that we don’t have our own Indian town per se.
