Men who move from villages to cities and unable to find good work and therefore lose self-esteem

[Gottlieb:]
And what’s happening with our own environment in Alaska, it drives our—and also the economy—drives our men from leaving the villages and moving into town. What happens then is I think that men lose their self-esteem. Those men that were once mayors and village leaders and men of good standing in their community are moving into an urban setting where the only jobs that they might be able to get are in the janitorial world or somewhere where that education is college degrees and to step into those roles, step out of where they’ve been, makes it hard for our population.
