Lack of funds require IHS to prioritize to who they provide services to.

Our patients really don't like the rules related to the funding and the eligibility. It's really related to the lack of funds.
[Lindberg:]
Yeah.
[Robideaux:]
Our regulations talk about how if funds are limited, then we have to prioritize who we give the healthcare services to, and nobody wants to have to prioritize, but because we are so challenged in terms of our funding, we do have to limit some of the referrals that we make.
