Women are leaders in health care in Alaska.

[Lindberg:]
You've taken a special interest in the future for Native Alaskan women, and you've done something about it not just talked about it. Is that part of this picture?
[Gottlieb:]
It's really exciting to me about women being in health care. We are leaders. In Alaska, there's a lot of Alaska Native women that are in leadership, but I think we as women have also called out the men, and not that they weren't there already and there are a lot of Alaska Native men that are in leadership right now. They are. But I think in partnership with raising up the warrior inside of a man. I think we've done that across the nation pretty well.
[Lindberg:]
I think it's a wonderful approach.
[Gottlieb:]
Yeah.
