Fewer family home gardens due to climate change

[Cook:]
Well, in 2005, we had 535 family home gardens. Last year in 2010, we had only 115 because the weather is changing. It rained all two months in the spring and dropped seven inches of water on you, and you can’t get in the garden. Then an explosion of grasshoppers, and all these other characteristics of climate change— severe high winds, hail. It’s a changing physical environment.
