Listening is a key ingredient to healing

[Ortega:]
They come in through the door—seventy percent of the problem is already taken care of. It no longer exists. Ten percent I do; twenty percent they do. They, generally, start off when it happened, how it happened, how it began, how it started. They’ll tell you all that. They also tell you what you’ve got to do for them in order to help them, so what we do is we learn to do, and evaluate in a sense when we're talking to them, and then try to bring them up to another level of where we deal with them, where we have to deal with them. That’s—I mean, because, like I said, you really don’t have to be an expert on anything. You just have to learn how to listen, and he’ll tell you like I said.
